Red Allure!

Red is a powerful color.  It is dramatic when used as a dominant color, and makes a bold statement when used as an accent!  Either way, it is chic and sexy when done right.

FOOD MEETS FASHION!

Last week, I went to a dinner event in Los Angeles called Taste Fashion that was presented by The Avenues: Art, Fashion and Design District.  The concept was to create, “an extraordinary dining experience pairing haute cuisine and cocktails where fashion plays the muse.”  The 22-course dinner, prepared by The Bazaar by José Andrés at the SLS Hotel, included a live fashion show of the Fall 2011 collection by 3.1 Philip Lim – the muse for the chef.
